About 18 months ago we reviewed our recruitment offering and created the ‘Share the Load’ option whereby our team partner with employers to manage the first part of the recruitment process only.
This was created to service larger businesses who had a recruitment team or sufficient resources to manage the process internally yet wanted to engage JustMums to support their talent attraction and sourcing strategy. At the other end of the scale, smaller employers who may not have the budget to afford an ‘end-to-end’ recruitment fee were also front of mind when this offering was developed. Another factor behind this decision was that we had an incredible talent pool of administrators and a high proportion of candidates seeking administration based work, which is why the mid level offering is only available for administrative positions. We’re very proud to share that we have a 98% success rate recruiting in this way and have placed Executive and Personal Assistants, Receptionists, Team Administrators and Office Managers for example across diverse businesses and industry sectors. It has proved to be a cost effective and time saving recruitment alternative for our clients and one with often a quick turnaround.
