About our client
Highly regarded in the accounting/finance sector, our client boasts up to 1,100 staff nationally, and over 41,000 across the globe. Their expertise involves business advisory, tax, audit, accounting, corporate services and insolvency/restructuring.
You will have at least 5 years generalist HR experience providing operational HR advice, coaching, mentoring, performance management, employment legislation/policy etc and projects experience. You will be able to undertake recruitment at all levels with one eye closed and deal sensitively with employee relations matters. Your client base has comprised senior managers/executive or partners, as well as employees.
