About the role
They are now seeking energetic Sales & Service Consultants to join our new Sales & Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to form part of a new team, servicing and helping to grow the customer base. Reporting directly to the Sales & Service Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our existing customers and converting leads and prospects into new customers. Our customers primarily interact with us online. However, this role will require contact across multiple channels, including inbound and outbound sales. Applying a sales focus to all points of customer contact, you will also provide administration support to our external partner sales channels.

The successful candidate will have:
Ideally, you will also existing online sales or service call centre environment experience; previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; proficient general computer skills including Microsoft Office applications; and insurance experience (but this is not essential).
Standard hours will be 8.45am-5pm and whilst there are potentially multiple full-time roles available, part-time work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
