Based in Malvern, we are a mid-sized accounting firm offering a fun yet professional environment and looking for the right person to join our team.

The role: Part Time – 3 days per week

Working closely with a team of accountants you will provide excellent customer service and administration support within our business.

Requirements:

  • You are talented, passionate and have a track record in excelling in the delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Preparing and delivering written correspondence to clients.
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for people and getting the best out of our team.
  • Excellent Communication: Understanding and making yourself understood is key in this role. You will demonstrate an ability to communicate with all types of people.
  • Attention to detail is critical for success.
  • Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines whilst maintaining top quality.
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently with all levels of our team.
  • An inquisitive mind with a willingness to ask questions to ensure “it’s done right the first time”, and you encourage the same from our team.
  • A passion for variety and working in a fast-paced environment.
