About you

You will be a first-rate administrator with bucket loads of initiative. People will think of you and think of your excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport, reliability and attention to detail – just to start with! You will have experience across the raft of administrative tasks listed below, and have the highest level of integrity. Your ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount to the success of this newly created role. You will have at least 5 years administration or PA/EA experience.

What’s on offer

This role is full time or part time over 5 days (please ask if you require further flexibility), servicing the Legal Excellence and Risk Manager, Managing Partner, COO and the Corporate Services team more broadly. This team is responsible for overseeing firm precedents, risk management and general counsel/company secretarial functions.

The Legal Excellence and Risk Administrator is responsible for administrative duties such as handling calls, drafting correspondence, coordinating board and partner meetings (including board papers, scheduling, coordination with other offices and partners), supporting the firm’s internal legal compliance obligations, maintaining confidential records and the partner’s intranet, organising travel arrangements and assisting with training.

This role requires an individual that is astute and can anticipate needs, plan ahead and can learn from mistakes.
