Legal / Administrative Assistant • Dynamic management team • Fantastic culture and friendly team environment • Flexible hours with full or part-time hours considered (3 full days or shortened days across 5 for example)

This pivotal role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on being busy and using their initiative on a daily basis. You will be part of a team that is passionate, hardworking and supportive. You will be a friendly, approachable go-getter, able to get along with a wide variety of people, be confident communicating with staff and clients whilst work autonomously and within a team structure.

Some of your key tasks and responsibilities will include • Scheduling and attending board meetings • Drafting agendas and taking minutes • Maintaining company secretarial records; lodging ASIC forms and ensuring all regulatory requirements are complied with • Working closely with the General Counsel on corporate governance • On-going management of legal filing across the company • Assistance with day-to-day legal transactional work, including: co-ordination of documents with external legal service provider o assistance with due diligence o data room creation and review o checking invoices and monitoring legal spend • Diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements • General office administrative tasks

Skills and experience • Previous experience (3-4 years), preferably in a Financial Services or Professional Services firm • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail • The ability to maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels and be a team player • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service • Computer literate to intermediate level • A positive and professional work attitude • Discretion in relation to confidential information.

We have no fixed salary for the position as it is our intention to make an appropriate offer to the candidate we think best fits our team.
