The 3 roles on offer will work side by side with the Project Management Team to ensure the supporting documentation and activities associated with the delivery of a successful project are managed within Project timeframes and in line with customer requirements. This includes the coordination and administrative support of service requests, resourcing, invoicing and timesheets.

We offer large and cutting edge projects, with a variety of Enterprise clients, as well as multiple Programmes, Portfolio’s, Projects, and Consulting engagements. Team members can own projects end to end, or work within formal programme and portfolio structures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project administration for large projects, programme, and portfolios
  • Reporting and financial administration
  • Ensure contracted projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time.
  • Planning, tracking and reporting
  • End to end delivery of projects
  • Work within a larger team as support

To be successful in these positions you will need to have

  • Between 3-10 years’ experience in a similar role, OR, experience in project/professional services administration in a Systems Integrators background.
  • Industry certifications; Prince 2 preferred though not essential
    Excellent customer relationship building and management skills in a non-technical manner
  • Strong project governance skills and understanding
  • Proven problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Experience in client facing service delivery and building rapport
