Work 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday for an award winning employer of choice

Our client, recently recognised as one of Australia’s best places to work are recruiting multiple Customer Support Specialists to compliment their existing team and to provide exemplary support to users of their digital platform. These roles are responsible for Level 1 support and the resolution of in-bound member enquiries via live chat, email and phone – you’ll take pride in managing these interactions from end to end.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and drive
  • Strong problem solving & decision making
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a customer focused environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to network & build relationships with key stakeholders

Experience within legal/conveyancing or technology industries will be highly regarded but not essential.

Working hours & conditions:

These are permanent part-time positions working 5 days per week between 10am and 3pm. Start date is negotiable but the sooner the better. The part-time salary offering is $42,000 inclusive of super.
