About the role
As a Customer Loyalty Consultant and part of Customer Loyalty team, using your exceptional customer service abilities, you will responsible for driving an increase in customer satisfaction and retention at every interaction. Whilst proactively pursuing sales opportunities, customer loyalty will be your primary focus.

Hours & Location
This is a full time, permanent position. Core office hours are 8.30am – 5.40pm with the opportunity to work flexible hours. Located in Port Melbourne with plenty of parking around our office and transport that comes straight to the door, why deal with the inner city hustle bustle? Come work a short drive to the beach and Bay Street shops!
