About the role

As a Customer Loyalty Consultant and part of Customer Loyalty team, using your exceptional customer service abilities, you will responsible for driving an increase in customer satisfaction and retention at every interaction. Whilst proactively pursuing sales opportunities, customer loyalty will be your primary focus.

Your day to day will include:

  • Make outbound calls to our existing customer base, generating referrals and sales opportunities for our sales team. We don’t use a dialler and never will!
  • Take and screen inbound calls and uncover quality referral opportunities
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, whether new, current, or past
  • Be an active, supportive and engaging team member

About you

  • You have had inbound, outbound and/or retention contact experience (desired)
  • Create and maintain a positive and fun working environment by building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders such as sales, marketing and the management team
  • You need to take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.
  • You’ve got the ability to have fun and just be yourself. Be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions and be a team player.
  • You have a great, can-do attitude and looking to continually grow and develop. You will be given industry training to give you the tools and skillsets you need to succeed in this role

Hours & Location

This is a full time, permanent position. Core office hours are 8.30am – 5.40pm with the opportunity to work flexible hours. Located in Port Melbourne with plenty of parking around our office and transport that comes straight to the door, why deal with the inner city hustle bustle? Come work a short drive to the beach and Bay Street shops!
