What is the role?

  • Responsible for processing and managing payroll for 60 staff
  • Review & implement payroll process & system improvements
  • Accounts support which may include data entry, invoice processing and debt collection
  • Working collaboratively with senior leaders, store managers, finance and HR team members
  • Execute strong verbal and written communication with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality of employee and business information

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven payroll experience in a medium sized business
  • Proficient with MYOB/ Excel/ Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Exposure to ADI and payroll experience in a retail environment preferable but not essential
  • Experience working with the General Retail Industry Award highly desirable
