About the role 

We currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for an OD Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis (0.6).

Within this role, you’ll manage all elements of the design and delivery of our core talent development programs that build a strong leadership pipeline across the ASPAC Fuels businesses, with a primary focus on the Early Careers space. Our programs range from our BP Graduate Program, Intern Development Program, Early Career Talent Program, Career Acceleration Program (CAPS) and Future Leaders Program (FLP). You’ll be involved in designing and delivering talent interventions, engagement initiatives and networking events, with programs ranging in focus from development and talent interventions, though to leadership programs for our high potentials.

You’ll play a crucial role in contributing to broader Organisational Development agenda and overall AsPac Talent Strategy and key initiatives for strengthening the health of talent pipeline. Additionally, you’ll work closely with OD Advisors, participants and the broader business to build strong relationships, ensure alignment of all interventions, and ensure effective program evaluation.
