Based in St Kilda Road (Melbourne) primarily the role is updating & improving our marketing database & organising regular mail outs using Maximizer software.  Maximizer is a user friendly program & experience using it is not essential. It is a hands on role & essential requirements are:

  • competent typing skills in both speed and accuracy
  • good command of the English language
  • ability to lift up to 9 kgs

We have a friendly, small office environment & as such, general office duties are involved such as:

  • opening mail
  • answering telephone calls (low amount of phone calls)
  • filing

A ‘team’ oriented attitude is desired, with a willingness to help out where required.

The role is able to be flexible with school hours, & time off over school holidays.  A five day fortnight would be preferable, two days one week, three days the next, however able to adjust for the right person.
