In saying that, if the role is flexible and aligned to our network we'll happily take it on.

  • Do you service all of Australia?

    Yes we do however at present the majority of our work is undertaken within Melbourne and Sydney.

  • Do you supply temporary staff?

    We do not payroll or insure contractors through our agency however can source contract or short term staff for you without issue if you employ them directly.

  • Do you only work with Mums?

    Our focus is on supporting working mums however we do not discriminate and happily work with all candidates including Dads and non-parents seeking flexible work.

  • We’re a small business - can we afford your recruitment fees?

  • What is Working Mothers Connect?

  • Are there any costs involved?

    No, there is no cost associated with our recruitment and placement service. There are however costs attached to our Resume and Coaching packages (refer to https://justmumsrecruitment.com.au/mums).

  • What sort of positions do you specialise in?

    We work on all sorts of roles as long as they are flexible however we do a great deal of work across the following industries: Business Support (Administration), Accounting & Finance, Legal, HR & Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Property & Construction and Health & Community.

  • I am not a Mum, can you still help me?

    Yes, we do not discriminate and work with all candidates including Dads and non-parents.

  • Do you cover the whole of Australia?

    Absolutely, but currently the majority of our positions are located in Melbourne and Sydney. We are dedicated to growing our brand and company nationally.

  • Can I make a time to meet with you?

    Unfortunately we are a small team supporting a large network of mums so mostly we prioritise appointments with candidates shortlisted for our positions.

  • Do you accept walk-in appointments?

    Unfortunately not and for the same reason as above – whilst we have an office address we work remotely and flexibly often interviewing our Mums in cafes in CBD and metropolitan locations.

  • I can’t get anyone to care for my child, is it okay to bring my child to an interview with you?

    Of course.

  • Can you help with my Resume or LinkedIn profile?

    Yes. Our Consultants are accredited and come from recruitment or HR backgrounds. They’ll work with you via phone or email to create a new resume or LinkedIn profile from scratch or to re-work your existing one. As working Mums too, we’re perfectly placed to support your return to the market.

  • I've been at home raising my family and now want to return to work. I'm not sure where to start - can you help?
