JustMums was created to address a pivotal service gap in the market; a distinct lack of support services catering for back to work and working mums.

We are a growing team of 8 senior level recruiters, careers specialists and consultants who are passionate advocates for flexible working and work-life balance. We are also a team of working mums - all working flexibly and remotely, proving that successful business outcomes don't necessarily have to be measured by time spent in the office. We pride ourselves on getting the job done without comprising on things that are important to us outside of work.

Professional integrity is important to us, we're genuine and we do as we say. We're also big on giving back and support a number of charities through fundraising, pro bono and volunteer work. Collectively we bring a winning blend of industry knowledge and expert skills to the JustMums business and you can learn more about our core team here.

After joining JustMums in February 2014, I established our professional services practice recruiting roles across marketing, business development, legal, accounting and HR. As a mum of two, I appreciate how challenging it can be for working mums to balance their career and family commitments, and I'm passionate about connecting our talented mums with flexible and family-friendly employers.
